Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our trainings, events and workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable. We operate this policy in order to keep costs low and the work affordable rather than inflating our prices to accommodate refunds.

We recommend you take out insurance to protect against illness, travel disruption and unforeseeable circumstances which may prevent you from attending the training, event or workshop you have booked.

Every year the board allocate a small budget towards discretionary transfers and refunds however, these are only allocated in exceptional circumstances to women who are experiencing a major life event that is likely to have a significant impact on their wellbeing. Please contact the organisation to request a discretionary refund application form if you feel this applies to you.

Transfer Policy
In cases where the Board approve a transfer an administration fee will be payable.

Responsibility Waiver
I/WE understand that it is my responsibility to inform Singing Mamas of any injuries and/or limitations that might affect my participation in a training/ workshop / event prior to it taking place. I/WE assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in training / workshop / event. I/WE release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singing Mamas, the host/studio training location and their representatives, officers, agents, and directors from any and all losses and claims, even if arising from their negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is expressly agreed that all use of the facilities and premises (including but not limited to stairs, parking areas, walkways) shall be undertaken at MY/OUR own risk. I/We understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my participation in all programs offered by Singing Mamas, prior to attending if I have any pre-existing condition that may be exacerbated by my participation.

Photography Release
I/WE acknowledge that I/WE may occasionally be photographed or filmed while participating in the training/ event / workshop. I/WE further acknowledge that the photographs and footage are the exclusive property of Singing Mamas, and that images and footage may be freely used by Singing Mamas for promotional or educational purposes. If I/WE don’t want to be photographed / filmed, it is MY/OUR responsibility to let the photographer / videograpger know.
